G/FORE forges on as a delightful disrupter in the game of golf.

The first true luxury disrupter in golf, and a staple in my own closet, G/FORE brings color—or should I say colour—to a game that had long lived in muted tones.

Born in Los Angeles in 2011, the brand made its debut with premium AA Cabretta leather gloves in every shade imaginable. The glove was more than an accessory; it was a statement. Wearing one became an effortless way to show personality on the course, and, for me, to join what felt like golf’s unofficial cool club.

That creative spark soon expanded into a global vision. Guided by its signature slogan, Add Colour to Your Game, G/FORE has evolved into an international name that understands how modern golfers live and dress. Each collection radiates personality and energy through color, texture, performance, and tailoring. The pieces are crafted from fabrics sourced from Japan, Italy and across the globe, combining traditionally athletic materials with innovative luxury to create something fresh yet timeless.

As Thomas Harvey, vice president of design, explains: “Our focus is to bridge the gap between on-course and off-course, championing versatility, comfort, and refined style. We continue to evolve the definition of performance in golf, introducing sophisticated materials and natural fibers that perform effortlessly throughout the day.”

One of the biggest reasons G/FORE is a favorite of mine is its versatility. I travel nearly 35 weeks a year, and efficiency is essential. Everything I pack needs to be functional on the golf course but still refined enough for meetings, dinners, or whatever the day brings. The beauty of G/FORE is that it does both. No matter your lifestyle, the line moves seamlessly from one setting to the next. I’ll wear the trousers and knitwear from the course to a night out and feel perfectly dressed for both. The same goes for the footwear. The hybrid golf cross-trainers carry me from a morning workout to a round of golf to the airport without sacrificing comfort or style.

That balance between technical excellence and refined design is what sets G/FORE apart. The brand became the first in golf to introduce removable and washable massaging insoles, creating additional support and comfort. My current obsessions are the newly introduced Flex Loafer and Endeavour Sneaker, which blend performance with luxury in a way that few brands can achieve.

As we all know, it’s rare to find comfort, performance, and sophisticated style in one piece. G/FORE continues to deliver all three, proving that function and fashion can coexist both on and off the course.

Beyond aesthetics, G/FORE’s creativity and optimism extend to its sense of purpose. Through its ongoing and growing partnership with Play for P.I.N.K., the brand supports breast cancer research and awareness with product offerings in signature shades of pink to celebrate strength and style. A portion of the proceeds helps fund research, with plans to grow the initiative each year. Even when giving back, G/FORE adds color to the game in the most meaningful way.
